What This Video Series Offers

Whether you're brand new to the martial arts scene or a pro looking to polish your stand-up skills, our DVDs have something for you. The Introduction to JKD will demonstrate all of the basics like footwork, punching, kicking, trapping and what makes JKD such an efficient art. For those looking to supplement the training they already have, our Striking Power video will show you how to develop explosive power in all of your punches and kicks. Everyone can enjoy the Famous Techniques video which demonstrates three of the most well known techniques in Jeet Kune Do.

Scheduled for release in early 2008 we have an Instructor-level video demonstrating the more advanced techniques in JKD and a Footwork video focusing solely on the use of the footwork for both offensive and defensive purposes. Sample clips and production stills can be found on the features page.
